We value our clients time and we hope you value ours while we try to look after all our clients needs. We require 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. We send a reminder text and email in advance to allow enough time if you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

For any 'no shows' or cancellations within 24 hours, you will be required to pay 50% of your next service at the time of booking to secure another appointment. 

We require a non-refundable deposit on all our large services (ie; foils, keratin, cryotherapy, balayage etc). This amount comes off the final bill for your service. Should you need to reschedule, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit for future or product purchases but will not be refunded.
