Deposits & Cancellation policy

Your deposit secures your appointment and comes straight off your bill on the day. It is not an extra charge.

• Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice or more, and your deposit will be transferred to your next booking.

• Cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be retained by the salon.

• No-shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. Your deposit will also be retained.

• If last-minute cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows become a pattern, we may require full payment in advance to secure future appointments.

RUNNING LATE

We understand that things happen. Please call us as soon as you can if you’re running late, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If there is not enough time remaining to complete your service properly, we may need to shorten the service or rebook your appointment. Where an appointment can no longer go ahead due to lateness, our deposit policy will apply.

A LITTLE SALON ETIQUETTE

• Unless you have booked a hair wash as part of your service, please arrive with clean, dry hair.

• Before we begin, please let us know of anything new in your hair history, allergies or sensitivities, so we can look after you properly.

• If you’re unsure what your hair needs, please book a complimentary consultation on a separate day first. This allows your stylist to assess your hair and ensure the correct services and appointment time are reserved.

• To help us keep the salon comfortable and relaxing for everyone, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment on your own where possible. Our salon has limited seating and can become quite busy, and additional guests can sometimes make the space feel crowded and overwhelming for both our clients and our team.
