Her work supports the stylists to focus fully on their craft, while ensuring every client enjoys a calm, organised, and considered visit. Growing up as the daughter of a hair stylist and with a background spanning customer service, design, fashion business, and social media, Marcia brings both creative insight and operational clarity to the business. As Mason’s wife and business partner, she has been part of Mason James Hair since its earliest beginnings, with a focus on building trust, consistency, and care into every detail.
